If a purchase opt for an inspection if desired, not required.
Step 2
Refi or Purchase, order the appraisal from a national AMC and title work from the company of your choice.
Step 3
You receive a list of required documents. (Application, DL, two bank statements, insurance information, LLC, etc.)
Step 4
Complete file can go to UW for the conditional approval
Step 5
Clear conditions and close!!Â
